Naples will kick off the 2026 season with a trip to Royal Palm Beach to take on the Wildcats. RPB was 7-5 last year while Naples was 7-4-1. The Wildcats outscored their opponents by an average of 33-15 in 2025. State rankings had Naples slightly ahead of the Wildcats, 162 vs 114, based primarily on strength of schedule. Both teams will look to replace many graduating seniors; the Wildcats had 19 move on, while Naples will be replacing 21. RPB will be returning key components in their prolific passing attack, with rising senior Max Griner and his favorite target, rising Junior Demetrius Gibson, both scheduled to start. The spring game will be a challenge and a showcase for new players, filling the role of next man up. This one will be worth the trip! See you May 15 at 6:30 PM
